HR Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, they will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Manage salary administration and bonus programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines, ensuring compliance in HR practices.
  • Advise management on legal and regulatory issues affecting HR.

Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. They will oversee the recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, and manage employee performance and development programs. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle employee relations issues, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. They will also play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement and retention. Candidates must be able to commute from home, as this position requires onsite work in BGC Taguig City and does not offer remote working options.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Has at least 5 years experience in an HR Capacity and Leadership position.
  • HR certification is a plus.
